Senior Manager leading a team of 17 people (design managers, designers and a UX writer) who are responsible for the holistic unification of the B2C and B2B experiences across the company’s 10 digital products.

I have learned the patience needed to identify key partners with whom we build the relationship to win together. This comes from having an awareness of the company, team culture and people dynamics at play in organizations where power structures are often transitory.
UX STRATEGY
Comfortable in identifying insights, behaviors and patterns from seemingly unassociated fragments and unifying complex ideas together, re-structuring it into clear short term and long term goals and deliverables that can bring business and user value.
